1. Brevi note biografiche e curriculum artistico (max 500 parole):
Mickey eats plastic is a duo composed by Lucz&Bluermutt.
Mickey's music is composed using very different sound sources (as the trend imposes): objects treated with custom-software written with max/msp, free software, field recordings, guitars, electric bass, found samples, toys. This music is not really 'electronic', it is simply computer-made, for the easyness of the process.
The project has been living for a year and a half.

InFlux is the main project of Federico FIori and Francesca Lenzi.
Born in 2003 it moves beetween video art, visuals, live performance and photography.
InFlux is about experimenting with the artistic possibilities offered by the use of digital technologies, mixing styles and techniques while looking for unusual forms of expression. Its research is based on the investigation of the ordinary, of reality, and of the interpretation of it trough human psyche: melting, mixing, decomposing the images to bring them back to some kind of 'basic essence' and then trasforming it into a continuous flux, everchanging and able to generate new cognitional values.
Reality turns into images while images get real and the visions turns into a 'celebral vision'.

The Skyapnea Project can be defined as a construction site, a place where sound is used as material to build
a discourse about cultural constructions, contemporary habits, identities, difference and technology.
The work of skyapnea begins with the idea that sound carries the meanings of the actions that caused its
existence, together with political and cultural values. Sound is full of information, more or less explicit, that it
picks up in the space where is propagated, it carries the intents behind itself and at the same time is inclined
to be interpreted in infinite ways. The editing of these meaningful sounds is the medium used by skyapnea to
try to dig up cultural constructions to modify the way we look at things and to discover possibilities hidden
under layers of habits, operating in a constant hybridizing of genders.

2. Descrizione dettagliata tecnico-artistica del live proposto (max 500 parole):
BLUE CLOUDS is a work based on recovering the daily waste of stimuli, an attempt to identify the material that lies on the borders of perception to use it as raw material for an audio/visual interaction.
The work of research and collection of the sources has been developed in parallel by the two teams (InFlux-video Mickey eats plastic-audio) mainly using contact microphones, digital microscopes, and various recording techniques in order to discover new voices and landscapes in the range of perceptions of everyday life.
These hidden 'voices and faces' has becomed the starting point for the construction of intimate and minimal moods, so to portrait with sounds and images that very particular emotion due to the discover of something new in a familiar environment. An individual discover, a change of view able to transform both the subject and the contest.
Like looking at the sky to discover something you never realized was there: blue clouds.
The performance:
The video material is manipulated in realtime and reacts to values obtained by an analysis of the electionic parts, structured in the studio, played back and processed live. The instrumental part of the five pieces, five suites for electric guitar and digital effects, is performed live. The score goes upon chords progressions built on combinations of letters and notes applied at the pieces titles.
Between the tracks text are displayed communicating the audience informations about the elements on wich the piece is based.
