Track description:
Looking Forward is based on a casual looping sample that runs all under the track, except when it crashes. Over that you'll find a non tuned bass and a sound that could resemble a free jazz trumpet. Some sample voices didn't uderstand s exactly what's happens, as alway, but show must go on and we all have to looking forward.

Einf is the shortest way to say Elicheinfunzione.
With guitar and bass player background and some experience as sound technician Eliche starts his relationship with machines from 1998.
First instrumental works have been recorded processing different instruments trough guitar effects; open chords over flowing bass lines, radio sampling and drum programming is what is on "Eliche In Funzione", that collects earlier experiments.
In 2002 he became student of "Bottega Bologna", a music and communication class with Giovanni Lindo Ferretti (CSI, CCCP, PGR ecc.) as master teacher and Eraldo Bernocchi as sound design teacher. With ?Bottega Bologna? he perform in a showcase event and suddenly works with Federico Nobili in the construction of "La Parola Buio" as sound designer, audio research and laptop set on stage.
Later he focus his attention on machines and starts defining a personal sound based exclusively on a laptop treatments of different kind of source. This research runs in parallel with a deep immersion in drum programming. Tracks are now made of polyrhythmic drums textures that moves under an important polyphonic melody structure. Whit stuff like this, on 2004-2005 Elicheinfunzione plays on Elettrowave Challenge (electronic and dance music section of Arezzo Wave Festival) for two years consecutives performing in Bologna, Florence and Milan, advancing his set continuously. On june of same year he plays performs at "MUV ? electronic MUsic and Video" in Florence and "MDAQ - Musica D'alta Quota" in Messina - Sicily. He remixed tracks from Raein and The Zephyrs. 2006 still runs.

Einf live presents a laptop set of about 45min. that hangs round genres like dance and idm music... he don?t want shake asses on a dance floor, but give an horizon where that kind of sound could live in, or not, reproduce themselves or disappear, face new stuff or being destroyed by them. Set could be like an escape from squared sequencer grid and come into that when it?s necessary.
Einf live setup is simple: laptop, remote controllers, external fx and eventually microphones and a mixer.
Necessità tecniche dettagliate per la performance:
Einf needs a table to put on her machines, a pair of good monitor (on left and right side), a good P.A. system (best with separated subwoofer), 2 stereo inputs RCA or JACK or 4 D.I. box.
